Organization Setup

The Organization Setup page allows users to define their organization’s basic details, including the name, country of operation, and time zone. Completing this form is a necessary step before the organization can start using the platform.

• Locate the "Organization Name" field at the top of the form.
  Enter the official name of your organization.

Note: This name will be used across the platform to identify your organization, so ensure it is entered correctly.

• In the "Country" field, click the dropdown menu.
  Scroll through the list or type in the search bar to find and select the country where your organization is based.

Default: The country field may automatically select your current location. Ensure this is correct or change it if necessary.

• In the "Timezone" field, click the dropdown menu. The platform may suggest a time zone based on your selected country.

• Confirm the suggested time zone or select the correct one from the dropdown list.

Note: The time zone is crucial for scheduling and time-based settings within the platform, so make sure it aligns with your organization’s operational hours.

• Once all fields are accurately filled out, click the "Finish Setup" button at the bottom of the form.The system will save your information and complete the organization setup process.

• If there are any errors (e.g., missing information or incorrect data format), the system will highlight the issues. Correct these and attempt to finish the setup again.
