Creating a New Resolution


Accessing the Resolutions Section


  1. Navigate to the Resolutions section on the Kudvo platform.

  2. Click "New Resolution" to begin the creation process.

Entering Resolution Details


  • Name: Provide a title for the resolution (e.g., John).

  • Description: Add a detailed explanation, including relevant context and supporting information.

  • Use formatting tools (bold, italics, bullet points, hyperlinks, images, tables) to enhance readability.

Submitting the Resolution

  • Allow Abstain Votes: Option to enable or disable abstention.

  • Customizable Labels: Users can define voting labels, such as Approve/Disapprove, Yes/No, or any other relevant terms based on the resolution's context.


Submitting the Resolution

  • Click "Create" to finalize the resolution.

  • Alternatively, select "Create & Create Another" to submit and immediately start drafting a new resolution.
