1. Verify Meeting Details


  • Ensure all required meeting details, participants, and resolutions are added.

  • Confirm the meeting schedule and agenda are accurate.


2. Click "Publish"


  • Navigate to the meeting page.

  • Locate and click the "Publish" button to start the process.


3. Choose Notification Timing


  • A confirmation popup will appear with the following options:
  • Immediately – Sends meeting invitations to participants right away.

  • Later – Schedules the notification for a future time.
    Select the preferred option.


4. Confirm Publishing


  • Click "Confirm" to finalize the publishing process.

  • The system processes the request and notifies participants accordingly.


5. Post-Publishing Actions
  • The meeting dashboard updates to display the number of participants and resolutions.

  • Participants can access meeting details and take necessary actions, such as voting (if applicable).

  • The system tracks voting status and engagement in real time.


Important Notes


  • Double-check all details before publishing, as some edits may not be allowed afterward.

  • If scheduled for later, notifications will be sent at the selected time.
