Overview

The Elections page is where users can create and manage elections for their organization. This page allows for organizing elections into various statuses such as Draft, Published, Voting In Progress, and Completed.

Navigate to the Elections section by clicking on the "Elections" tab in the top navigation bar.

View Existing Elections

Election Filters:
The page displays filters that categorize elections based on their status:

• All: Shows all elections regardless of their status.
  
• Draft: Elections that are being created or edited but not yet published.
• Published: Elections that are ready but not yet open for voting.
• Voting In Progress: Elections that are currently accepting votes.
• Completed: Elections that have concluded.

No Elections Display:
If no elections have been created yet, a message will appear saying "No Elections".

Below this message, a prompt suggests creating a new election to get started.

Manage Elections

• Draft Elections:
  You can continue editing and refining elections saved as drafts. Select the Draft filter to view and edit them.

• Published Elections:
  Once an election is finalized, it can be published. These will appear under the Published filter until voting begins.

• Voting In Progress:
  After an election opens for voting, it will be moved to the Voting In Progress category. You can monitor the election status and voter turnout from here.

• Completed Elections:
  Elections that have ended will be archived under the Completed filter. You can view results and analytics for these elections.
