Publish

The Election Publish page is designed for users to finalize their election setup and choose how and when to distribute ballot links to voters. The page provides options to send ballot links immediately or schedule them for a later time, ensuring flexibility in managing the election process.

• Navigate to the Kudvo election management dashboard.

• Select the desired election from the list of draft or active elections.

• Click the "Publish" button to initiate the publishing process.

• Review Publishing Options

  • A dialog box titled "Publish" will appear.
  • Review the confirmation message: "Are you sure you would like to do this?"

• Choose When to Send Ballot Links

  • Send Immediately:
    Click the "Immediately" button to send ballot links to voters as soon as the election is published.

• Schedule for Later:
  Click the "Later" button to schedule the ballot links to be sent at a specified future date and time. Enter the desired date and time.

• Confirm the Publishing Action

• Once all details are reviewed, click the "Confirm" button to finalize the publishing process.
• If there are any issues, an error message will be displayed, indicating what needs to be corrected.

• Cancel the Publishing Process

• If you decide not to publish the election at this time, click the "Cancel" button. This will close the dialog without making any changes to the election status.
