Dashboard

The Election Dashboard is a centralized interface where election organizers can view important election metrics and details. This includes the status of the election, elector participation, and access to different management tools such as the setup ballot, elector management, and result monitoring.

1. Log in to your election administrator account.
2. Select the specific election you want to manage from the elections list.
3. The Election Dashboard page will appear with all relevant details.

• Review Election Details

  • Election Title: Displays the name of the election (e.g., "Election Demo").
  • Election Timeframe: Shows the start and end date/time of the election, such as "Sep 04, 2024, 08:00 AM (IST) to Sep 04, 2024, 06:00 PM (IST)".
  • Countdown Timer: Displays the time remaining before the election starts or ends, for example, "17h:26m:24s".

• Voting Status Indicator: Shows whether voting is "Yet to Start", "Open for Voting", or "Closed".
  • If the election is yet to start, the indicator will display the time remaining until it opens.
  • If voting is currently open, the indicator will show how much time is left until voting closes.

The navigation panel on the left side of the dashboard provides links to important features:

• Preference: Modify election settings, such as enabling/disabling voter options.
• Electors: Manage elector data, such as adding new voters, viewing participation status, or updating elector information.
• Setup Ballot: Set up or modify the election ballot, including adding candidates or voting questions.
• Ballot Link Blasts: Send ballot links via email or SMS to electors.
• Monitor Tokens: Track access tokens assigned to electors for secure voting.
• Booth Tokens: Manage booth-specific tokens if physical voting booths are set up.

The Participation Section provides real-time data on elector turnout:

• Total Electors: Displays the total number of electors registered for the election.

• Voted: Shows the number and percentage of electors who have cast their votes.

• Non-Voted: Displays the number of electors who have not yet voted.

• Review Voter Activity Logs

  • Voted Electors Log: A detailed log showing when each elector cast their vote, including a timestamp for each action.
